The concept is simple - fresh ingredients, local wherever possible, celebrating the seasons. L’orto, translated to ‘The Vegetable Garden’ in Italian, showcases a refined rustic approach to Italian cooking. The daily changing menu celebrates seasonal ingredients and Apulian dishes inspired by the land and sea.
